5000 CEC candidates invited- EXPRESS ENTRY

Express Entry-managed programs were conducted which allowed 108,500 newcomers to maintain full-fledged welcome in Canada. 

In Canada, over 5000 Express Entry candidates were permitted to apply for permanent residence on March 18. 

Invitation to apply has been put forth to Canadian Experience Class (CEC) with the eligibility of the minimum of 449 score,

requirement of an year full time proficient work experience in Canada, and lingual intermediate skills with other criteria.

As per the tie-break rule, candidates with over 449 scores have to submit their Express entry profile by Feb 19, 2021.

Express Entry candidates in Canada are eligible for the CEC is about 77%. Despite the travel restrictions still prevailing,  Canada prioritized immigration applicants with the new CEC draw inclusive of  Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. 

Attorney David Cohen, Senior Partner of Campbell Cohen had claims statements on the IRCC PNP and CEC draws. 

PNP-only candidates indicate that their working skills are immaculate and are being accounted as for it’s labour market. 

On March 17, Express Entry makes a draw targeting the candidates through PNP(Provincial Nominee Program) have strong ties to Canada. In addition, since the candidates are allotted additional 600 points through Express Entry as per their high CRS scores, their possibilities of getting an invitation to apply. 

Total of 27,332 immigration candidates  IRCC invited CEC only since February 13. 

ITAs issued over  43,840 in 2021, smashing all records, whereas IRCC issued 19,368 around this same time. 

Canada has accented to bring in 401,000 new immigrants in 2021 to make up for the pandemic crisis. 

How Express Entry work

Express Entry is application management system, which is also an immigration programs of Federal systems in itself inclusive of the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class. 

The eligibility criteria to apply in for the Express Entry system, is for the skilled workers and candidates with high CRS score points  (Comprehensive Ranking System) in accordance to their age, education, work experience, language skills and other skilled criteria. 

Highest scoring CRS are invited to apply for the Canadian residence application by the IRCC.
