April 2021 Canada’s PNP immigration results review
PNP activity results for the past month had been reviewed.
Last month, over 3,625 invitations were issued by the Canadian province to apply the provincial immigration for the permanent residence.
Each independent province operate their own Provincial Nominee Nu Programs (PNP) in Canada with exclusions to Quebec and Nunavet. These provinces had initiated their own task criterions in order to obtain the eligible foreign workers for the Canadian permanent residence in relevance of PNP. These independently conducted provincial immigration programs, the government had an easy troll on selecting the apt candidates eligible to meet the end needs of the local labour market.

Regulation of PNP application process
Various provincial nominee programs influence different application process in terms of how the streams operate. The application can be processed either through the online portals or the paper-based application which lately have been transcribed into digital now.
Expression of Interest (EOI) system is the criterion by which PNPs operate where the candidates must update their profiles on their education, work experience, and language skills, and they are then scored accordingly.
Based on these results, the highest-scoring candidates were invited by the provincial nomination through the respective draws. These invitations are issued for candidates who can further proceed with complete application within the limited deadline provided.
Base and enhanced nomination diversification
The key difference between the types PNP are the base and enhanced is where one that operates with the Express Entry and the other one doesn’t.
Base nomination assist the candidates who aren’t eligible to apply to Express Entry, as they are directed by the province themselves. They tend to be more toned down based to the local labour market needs. Meanwhile, the Enhanced nomination deals with streams linked with the Express Entry system. The government processes the selection of the eligible candidates based through the Express Entry criterions, where the candidates are toned down with exceptional skills and highest scores , after which the candidates are issued invitations for a provincial nomination.
Entry pool candidates are basically of these streams inclusive of Federal High Skilled immigration programs as Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class
Moreover the candidates through Express Entry are evaluated through the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), where the highest scoring candidates are susceptible to getting invitations issued for a provincial nomination alongside their age, skilled work experience, language fluency , and education, additional skills applied. These candidates are evaluated and then awarded a certain score with the minimum eligibility score thereby.

PNP highlights of 2021
The Express Entry draws had been conducted every two weeks by the IRCC Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada, since the start of the year. The total of 647 candidates were invited to apply for the permanent residence based on the draws conducted throughout April 14 and April 28.
Ontario
By the end of April, Ontario had launched new Expression of Interest (EOI) system, where around 528 Express Entry candidates with technical skills were selected by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). The end result were being announced with the anticipation to complete the process of filling immigration applications in province.
Alberta
Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) conducted the draws had invited about 400 candidates actively this year following the province. The basic criteria for AINP stream of the candidate search were the minimum CRS score that is usually around 300.
Saskatchewan
In April, a total of 548 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination were being issued in accordance to the consecutive draw weeks conducted through the Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand sub-categories.

Manitoba

Out of the three conducted draws by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, 1009 letters were being issued to Apply for the candidates for the Express Entry system.
British Columbia
Around 984 candidates were invited to apply for the provincial nomination based through the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program. Draws under the Express Entry British Columbia, Skills Immigration, Entrepreneur streams along the Tech Pilot draws every month.
These draws had sorted out the highest scoring candidates in order to obtain the new abroad eligible candidates.
Prince Edward Island
About 156 invitations candidates were invited by the provincial nomination through the respective draws conducted by the Prince Edward Island
The criterion were based through the Express Entry and Labour Impact categories.
